App reviewers and customers can contact the Am-I-Safe team using the monitored email paths below. Include the app version, platform, and a short description of the issue so the team can route the request.
- Child Safety Standards (CSAE and CSAM Prevention)
- Am I Safe (Am-I-Safe), developed by AM I SAFE LLC, is restricted to adults aged 18+ and strictly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Use Report Abuse in-app or email support@app.amisafeapp.com to report concerns. Our designated Child Safety point of contact is support@app.amisafeapp.com, with privacy@app.amisafeapp.com for privacy and compliance questions. Read our Child Safety Standards for prevention, moderation, and mandatory reporting to NCMEC and relevant regional and national law enforcement authorities under applicable child safety laws.

- Account deletion
- If you can sign in, open My Account and choose Delete Account. If you cannot sign in, email privacy@app.amisafeapp.com from or with the email address on your account and use the subject "Account Deletion Request". We delete eligible personal data; anonymous safety-report data may be retained where needed to protect users and platform integrity.
