Child Safety Standards (CSAE and CSAM Prevention)
Last updated: 14 October 2026
These standards apply to Am I Safe (Am-I-Safe), developed by AM I SAFE LLC, including Android package app.amisafe.android and iOS package com.amisafe.ios.
Strict prohibition and adults-only access
We strictly prohibit Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). We have zero tolerance for content, solicitation, grooming, trafficking, or exploitation involving minors.
Am I Safe is restricted to adults aged 18+. Minors must not create accounts or use the service.
Report child safety concerns
Use Report Abuse in-app to report abusive content, suspicious accounts, or child safety concerns. You can also report concerns by emailing support@app.amisafeapp.com. Include relevant account or report identifiers and a description; do not send or redistribute suspected CSAM.
Moderation and enforcement
We review child safety reports and take immediate content removal and account termination action for confirmed violations. We prevent further abuse by restricting offending accounts.
Legal compliance and mandatory reporting
AM I SAFE LLC complies with applicable child safety laws, including mandatory reporting of confirmed CSAM and CSAE to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant regional and national law enforcement authorities, as required by law.
Designated Child Safety point of contact
Our designated Child Safety point of contact is support@app.amisafeapp.com, with privacy@app.amisafeapp.com for privacy and compliance questions. These contacts handle CSAE and CSAM prevention practices, reporting, and compliance inquiries.
